Q: What day will my trash be picked up?
A: Please contact our office to find out what day your trash pickup will be.
Q: Will you pick up trash and recyclables on the same day?
A: Yes, to make it more convenient for you we pick up both recyclables and trash on the same day and at the same time.
Q: Will costs go up next year?
A: Your cost is locked in for one year. A price increase will depend on other variable costs such as gas and environmental fees. You will be notified well in advance if there will be any change in your cost for trash removal.
Q: What about holidays?
A: To accommodate for the various holidays throughout the year, we will post our holiday schedule. If you have any questions regarding this please Contact Us.
Q: Can we bring garbage to you?
A: No, we don’t accept garbage dropped off at our business. We only accept pickups at your residence.
Q: How can we pay for our service?
A: Payment is accepted via credit cards or EMT (Electronic Money Transfer) from your bank checking account. Payment schedules are monthly, quarterly (every 3 months), semi-annually (every 6 months), and annually (once a year).
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept all major credit card types (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).
Q: Do we have to sign a contract?
A: NO. Your service will continue as long as you are paid in full.
